Why people switch

Why Dialzara users look at other options

Dialzara sells four voice plans priced by minutes: Business Lite at $29 for 60, Business Pro at $99 for 220, Business Plus at $199 for 500 and Business Elite at $349 for 1,000. Each voice plan has a 7-day free trial and no contract. Blind transfer is on every plan, warm transfer, Google and Outlook calendar sync and English and Spanish start on Pro, and Dialzara writes the first prompt for you on Elite. We checked these prices on each vendor's site on October 30, 2026.

Sixty minutes goes quickly

Business Lite covers about two minutes of calls a day. Past that, Dialzara charges $0.48 a minute, so a 150-minute month on Lite comes to $72.20.

Dialzara's warm transfer and calendar sync start at $99

Dialzara's Business Lite includes blind transfer to your team, but warm transfer, Google and Outlook calendar sync, English and Spanish, and after-hours rules start on Business Pro at $99. On Lite, Dialzara connects to other tools through Zapier or Make at the Basic level.

You write the agent's prompt yourself below Elite

Lite, Pro and Plus come with a self-editable prompt. Dialzara's pricing page lists initial prompt setup on Business Elite at $349 and ongoing prompt work on Done for You, from $1,500 a month.

The jump between plans is steep

Going from Lite to Pro more than triples the price, from $29 to $99, and API access and SLA support wait on Elite.

The options

5 alternatives to Dialzara

  1. Voxipo

Best for: Trades and local services that need more than 60 minutes and want jobs on the calendar. Price: From $49 a month for 250 minutes, 14-day free trial.

Voxipo's Solo plan gives 250 minutes for $49, and the agent books callers into Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com or GoHighLevel while they are on the phone. Calls you miss on your usual number can reach Voxipo through carrier forwarding, and Voxipo declines the forwarded call and places one callback from your SMS-verified number after a delay you set.

Check first: Live call transfer is not available yet on any Voxipo plan, and the standard agent cannot send texts. Voxipo does not place callbacks outside 8am to 9pm in the caller's time.

  2. Rosie

Best for: Owners who want more than four times Lite's minutes for $49. Price: From $49 a month for 250 minutes, 7-day free trial.

Rosie Professional covers 250 minutes for $49 with 24/7 answering, message taking, spam detection and website chat. Rosie Scale, at $149 for 1,000 minutes, adds direct booking, warm and live transfers and texts during calls.

Check first: Rosie's entry plan sends a booking link by text rather than booking, and the pricing page does not give an overage rate.

  3. Upfirst

Best for: Businesses that want a hand-off to their team and named calendars on the entry plan. Price: From $24.95 a month for 30 calls, 14-day free trial.

Upfirst includes live warm transfers, in-call texting and booking into Google, Outlook, Clio, Acuity, Calendly and Square from its $24.95 Starter plan. Higher plans are $59.95 for 90 calls, $159.95 for 300 and $299 for 600, and annual billing saves 20%.

Check first: Upfirst counts calls rather than minutes, with $1.50 per extra call on Starter. Spam, silent calls and calls under 15 seconds are not counted.

  4. My AI Front Desk

Best for: Owners who want chat, texts and email drafts alongside the phone agent. Price: $99 a month, or $79 a month billed annually, 7-day free trial.

My AI Front Desk, now branded Frontdesk, bundles 200 voice minutes with 100 chatbot conversations, 400 texts, 500 email drafts and 300 form submissions. My AI Front Desk transfers calls through Agent Actions and lists 20+ languages.

Check first: Its pricing page says there is no permanent free plan, and voice minutes past the bundle cost $0.25 in credits. API access is on the custom-priced Partner / Enterprise plan.

  5. Goodcall

Best for: Clinics and shops whose callers ring back often. Price: From $79 a month for 100 unique callers.

Goodcall bills each unique number once a month, with no per-minute charges and spam left out. Plans are $79 for 100 callers, $129 for 500 and $299 for 2,000, and you can build and test an agent before paying.

Check first: Goodcall charges 79 cents for each caller past 100 on Starter. Its FAQ names Google Calendar as its native booking connection. Other booking systems connect through an API.

Where Voxipo fits

What Voxipo offers a Dialzara customer

Calendars you can check before signing up

Voxipo lists its calendars: Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com and GoHighLevel. The agent books into them during the call, using your business hours and minimum notice, and Google, Outlook and GoHighLevel bookings use a standard 30-minute slot.

Room to grow on minutes

Solo is $49 for 250 minutes, Starter $99 for 600 and Growth $199 for 1,400, with overage from $0.30 a minute down to $0.15 on Scale. Paying yearly costs 10 times the monthly price, so two months are free.

Callbacks from your own caller ID

Busy and no-answer forwarding from your carrier sends missed calls to Voxipo. Voxipo places one callback from your SMS-verified number, after a delay you pick between 0 and 3,600 seconds.

Test before you connect a number

You can talk to a real agent in the browser demo. Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your first workspace, and no card is needed. Connecting a phone number for live calls and callbacks needs a paid plan.

What Voxipo does not do yet

  • Live call transfer is not available yet, on any plan. The agent keeps the caller's details for your team to call back.
  • The standard agent setup has no texting tool.
  • Solo handles up to 2 calls at a time and Starter up to 5, so busier lines may need Starter.
  • Callers outside the US and Canada are not called back, so your team follows them up by hand.

The honest answer

When Dialzara is the better pick

Dialzara is cheap to start, and its top plans include help with setup. Keep it if these fit.

  • Your line is quiet and 60 minutes a month for $29 covers it.
  • You want calls transferred to your team, with blind transfer on every Dialzara plan and warm transfer from Business Pro at $99.
  • You want Dialzara to write your first prompt on Business Elite, or to run the agent for you on Done for You from $1,500 a month.
  • You want Dialzara's AI SMS agent, at $19 a month plus $0.05 per AI message, its website chatbot, or its outbound voice service.

Switching

How to switch from Dialzara to Voxipo

  1. Build the agent during the trial

Voxipo's trial runs 14 days, twice Dialzara's 7, starts when you create your first workspace and needs no card. Set up the greeting, the questions and the documents the agent answers from, then test it in your browser. Taking real calls needs a paid plan.

  2. Connect your calendar

Sign in to Google Calendar or Outlook, add a Cal.com API token and event type ID, or connect GoHighLevel, then set hours and minimum notice.

  3. Change where missed calls go

Once you choose a plan, point your carrier's conditional forwarding (busy and no answer) at the Voxipo forwarding number, and verify your business number by SMS so callbacks display it.

  4. End Dialzara when you are ready

Dialzara's voice plans have no contract, so you can compare call records for a week or two and then stop the Dialzara plan.
