Voxipo + GoHighLevel
Calls book into GoHighLevel and the contact is already there
Connect a GoHighLevel sub-account so Voxipo books into a GoHighLevel calendar, finds or creates the contact, and keeps contacts and appointments in step.
What it does
Voxipo connects to GoHighLevel through the GoHighLevel marketplace sign-in for one sub-account location. During a call the agent checks free slots on the GoHighLevel calendar you choose, finds or creates the caller as a GoHighLevel contact, and books the appointment as confirmed. It can reschedule, cancel or confirm appointments it manages. GoHighLevel sends contact and appointment updates back to Voxipo, and outbound campaign results are written to the contact as notes and tags.
Agencies and service businesses that run on GoHighLevel keep contacts, calendars and pipelines in one sub-account. Connecting Voxipo to that sub-account means a call can end with an appointment on the right GoHighLevel calendar and the caller saved as a contact, without anyone retyping details. Contacts can also be pulled into Voxipo for outbound voice campaigns.
