How billing works

Dialzara bills by the minute, and the included minutes are small on the lower tiers

Per included minute, Business Lite costs about 48 cents, Pro about 45 cents, Plus about 40 cents and Elite about 35 cents. Overage matches those rates, so going over costs about what the next tier would.

Sixty minutes on Lite is about 20 calls of 3 minutes. A business taking a few calls a day will need Pro or Plus.

Dialzara includes blind transfer to your team on every plan, including the $29 Lite plan. On Dialzara, warm transfer, calendar sync with Google or Outlook, and English and Spanish start on the $99 Pro plan.

Beyond the plan price

Costs and limits to check before you sign up

Texting is a separate agent

The AI SMS agent costs $19 a month plus 5 cents per AI message, and carrier fees of 0.83 cents per segment are passed through. Dialzara says it handles the 10DLC registration.

Website chat and outbound calling are add-ons

Website chat is $39 a month on its own, or free for the first 100 sessions with a voice plan, then 15 cents a session. Outbound calling runs $750 for 1,500 contacts, $1,000 for 2,000 or $1,500 for 3,000 a month.

Dialzara's warm transfer and calendar sync start on Pro

Dialzara's comparison table lists blind transfer on every plan, but warm transfer, calendar sync with Google or Outlook, and English and Spanish only from the $99 Pro plan. On Dialzara Lite, CRM connections are marked Basic, through Make or Zapier.

Phone numbers cost extra

Dialzara's pricing FAQ lists US and Canada local numbers at $3 a month and US toll-free numbers at $5 a month.

Where Voxipo fits

Where Voxipo fits next to Dialzara's prices

Voxipo includes more minutes at each price: 250 for $49, 600 for $99, 1,400 for $199 and 3,000 for $399. Below about 100 minutes a month, Dialzara's $29 plan is cheaper.

Every Voxipo plan books callers into Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com or GoHighLevel during the call, and can call back the people you miss. Your carrier forwards unanswered calls on your existing number to Voxipo, Voxipo declines the call and schedules the callback, then places one callback from your own SMS-verified business number after a delay you set, 30 seconds by default, only between 8am and 9pm in the caller's time. A callback can be delayed or missed when lines are busy.

Voxipo has no website chat. Live call transfer is not available yet, and the standard agent setup has no texting tool. If you need those from one vendor, Dialzara sells them.
