Sona answers 24/7, texts callers a link, form or directions during the call, and transfers callers to a teammate or department. A 7-day Sona trial with unlimited usage is open to admins on a paid Quo plan who have not trialed it before, and converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

How billing works

You pay for Quo users, then for Sona calls

Quo plans are priced per user per month: Starter $19, Business $33 and Scale $47, or $15, $23 and $35 a month billed yearly. A two-person team on Business pays $66 a month before Sona. Quo offers a 7-day free trial.

Sona then bills by the call, at 100 credits each, whatever the length. The included 1,000 credits cover about 10 calls a month, enough to test Sona on overflow but not to answer a business line.

Quo's appointment setter page describes Sona texting the caller a booking link during the call. It documents no direct calendar booking, and says Sona cannot reschedule or cancel on a live call.

Beyond the plan price

Costs and limits to check before you sign up

Carrier registration for texting

Texting to major US carriers needs a one-time $19.50 registration and a monthly messaging fee of $1.50 to $3, depending on your use case.

Extra numbers

Each additional phone number costs $5 a month.

Sona's trial needs a paid plan

You must be on a paid Quo plan, billed through Stripe, and be a workspace admin or owner to start the Sona trial.

The caller books through the link

Because Sona texts a link, the caller finishes the booking on their own. Quo sends confirmation and reminder texts through Zapier or Make, per Quo's appointment setter page.

What Quo plus Sona costs for three call volumes

Each Quo row assumes one user on Starter at $19 a month, billed monthly, plus the smallest Sona tier that covers the calls. Voxipo bills minutes, so its column assumes calls of about 3 minutes. Voxipo bills each call per started minute, so real usage runs a little higher.

Where Voxipo fits

Where Voxipo fits next to Quo Sona's prices

If you already pay for Quo, Sona adds an AI agent inside the phone system you use, and at a few hundred calls a month it costs less than Voxipo. Quo also gives your team the calling and texting apps that Voxipo does not include.

Voxipo is built around the appointment. Its agent checks your availability and books the caller into Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com or GoHighLevel during the call. It keeps your current carrier and number: your carrier forwards calls you miss to Voxipo, Voxipo declines the call and schedules the callback, then places one callback from your own SMS-verified business number after a delay you set, 30 seconds by default, only between 8am and 9pm in the caller's time.

Voxipo plans start at $49 for 250 minutes. Your 14-day free trial starts when you create your first workspace, and no card is needed; during it you build the agent and talk to it in the browser, and live calls need a paid plan. Live call transfer is not available yet, and the standard agent setup has no texting tool.
