Price list
Goodcall AI phone agent prices as of October 30, 2026
Goodcall prices its AI phone agent by unique customers, a model no other product in our pricing guides uses. A customer who calls five times in a month counts once, and spam and wrong numbers do not count. The table below is the price list as published on goodcall.com on October 30, 2026.
| Plan | Monthly price | What it includes | Above the allowance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $79 | 100 unique customers (Goodcall estimates about 150 calls), 1 external tool, 30 days of call history, 1 team member | 79 cents per extra customer |
| Growth | $129 | 500 unique customers (about 750 calls), 5 external tools, 90 days of call history, 5 team members | 26 cents per extra customer |
| Scale | $299 | 2,000 unique customers (about 3,000 calls), 15 external tools, unlimited call history, 10 team members | 15 cents per extra customer |
| Enterprise | Not listed | More than 2,000 customers, onboarding and an SLA | Volume pricing |
Every plan includes a local number, or you can forward your existing one, and unlimited edits to the agent. Goodcall lists no annual prices. You can build, test and hear a demo agent without paying, and billing starts when you connect a number.
How billing works
Goodcall counts callers, so call length and repeat calls do not raise the bill
A unique customer is a phone number that calls in a month. Long calls cost the same as short ones, and a caller who rings back three times about the same job counts once. Goodcall's headline is that there are no per-minute charges.
That model suits businesses with a steady base of repeat callers, such as a salon or a clinic front desk. It costs more per call for a business where most callers are new, such as a plumber running ads: 100 new callers make 100 customers.
Plans also cap external tools, team members and how long call history is kept. Starter keeps 30 days of calls, so export anything you need to keep longer.
Beyond the plan price
Costs and limits to check before you sign up
Starter overage is steep
Each customer above 100 costs 79 cents on Starter, against 26 cents on Growth. At 165 customers a month, Starter plus overage costs about $130, the same as Growth with 500.
Call history expires on the lower plans
Starter keeps 30 days of call history and Growth 90 days. Only Scale keeps calls without a limit.
Tools are capped per plan
Goodcall's agents connect to outside systems through external tools, an API, MCP server or code block. Starter allows 1, Growth 5 and Scale 15.
Google Calendar and HighLevel connect natively
Goodcall's pricing page names no calendar, but its FAQ and How it works page say Google Calendar, Google Sheets and HighLevel connect natively, with Zapier, an API tool or an MCP server for anything else. Outlook and Cal.com are not named.
Worked examples
What Goodcall costs for three call patterns
Goodcall bills callers and Voxipo bills minutes, so each row states both. The minutes assume about 3 minutes a call. Voxipo bills each call per started minute, so real usage runs a little higher.
| Call pattern | Goodcall | Voxipo |
|---|---|---|
| 80 callers, 120 calls, about 360 minutes | $79 on Starter | $82 on Solo (250 minutes plus 110 at $0.30), or $99 on Starter |
| 150 new callers, 160 calls, about 480 minutes | $118.50 on Starter (100 plus 50 at 79 cents) | $99 on Starter (600 minutes) |
| 450 callers, 700 calls, about 2,100 minutes | $129 on Growth | $325 on Growth (1,400 minutes plus 700 at $0.18) |
Where Voxipo fits
Where Voxipo fits next to Goodcall's prices
On price, Goodcall wins once you have hundreds of callers or long calls: 450 callers a month cost $129 on Goodcall Growth. Voxipo's minute-based plans start lower, at $49 for 250 minutes, and come out ahead for a small business whose callers are mostly new and whose calls are short.
What you get differs as well. Voxipo books the caller into Google Calendar, Outlook, Cal.com or GoHighLevel during the call. It works with your existing number: your carrier forwards the calls you miss to Voxipo, Voxipo declines the call and schedules the callback, then places one callback from your own SMS-verified business number after a delay you set, only between 8am and 9pm in the caller's time. Goodcall's pricing page does not list a callback to missed callers.
Your 14-day free Voxipo trial starts when you create your first workspace, and no card is needed. During the trial you build the agent and talk to it in the browser; connecting a phone number for live calls needs a paid plan. Live call transfer is not available yet, and the standard agent setup has no texting tool.
| Plan | Monthly price | Minutes included | Above the allowance | Calls at the same time (plan limit) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solo | $49 | 250 | $0.30 a minute | 2 |
| Starter | $99 | 600 | $0.25 a minute | 5 |
| Growth | $199 | 1,400 | $0.18 a minute | 10 |
| Scale | $399 | 3,000 | $0.15 a minute | 15 |
Yearly billing is ten times the monthly price. Every plan includes one local number, unlimited AI agents, missed-call callbacks and calendar booking. Calls are billed per started minute, and callbacks use minutes too. Full Voxipo pricing.
The honest answer
When Goodcall is the better pick
Goodcall's billing model and tools beat Voxipo in several situations. If one of these is yours, Goodcall is likely the better choice.
- You have many repeat callers or long calls, so per-caller billing costs less than minutes.
- You need calls transferred to the right person, with a choice of who receives them.
- Your developer wants to connect the agent to your own systems through an API, MCP server or code.
- You want to build and hear an agent before paying anything, and pay only when you connect a number.
