Check the schedule
The agent reads busy time from Outlook, subtracts Voxipo appointments and buffers, and only offers times inside your business hours and booking window.
Voxipo + Microsoft Outlook
Phone bookings land in your Outlook calendar
Connect your Microsoft Outlook calendar so Voxipo can check availability and book, move or cancel appointments during the call.
What it does
Voxipo connects to Microsoft Outlook through Microsoft sign-in with permission to read and write calendars. During a call the agent checks the schedule of the connected account's default calendar, offers open times that also meet your Voxipo availability rules, and creates the event when the caller chooses. It can reschedule or cancel appointments it manages, and each booking is also kept as a Voxipo appointment with the call record.
Offices that run on Microsoft 365 usually keep appointments in Outlook. Connecting that calendar to Voxipo means the agent works from the same schedule your team sees, so a caller can pick a time on the phone and the appointment appears in Outlook. You sign in with your Microsoft account, set the timezone and buffers, and test the connection before forwarding calls.
During a call
The agent reads busy time from Outlook, subtracts Voxipo appointments and buffers, and only offers times inside your business hours and booking window.
The appointment is added to the Outlook calendar with the caller's details when they choose a time.
For appointments Voxipo manages, the agent can reschedule to a new free time or cancel, and both records stay in step.
Setup
Choose Microsoft Outlook in the Voxipo calendar integrations and sign in. Microsoft asks you to allow Voxipo to read and write your calendars and keep access.
Pick the booking timezone and optional buffer minutes before and after appointments.
Run the test step, link the calendar to your agent, and try a booking with a test call or the browser playground.
