Check the schedule
The agent treats your Jobber scheduled items as busy time inside your working hours and offers the open slots, within the overlap limit you set.
Voxipo + Jobber
Phone calls arrive in Jobber as requests, with the client already matched
Connect Jobber so Voxipo turns phone calls into Jobber requests or visits, matches or creates the client, and syncs Jobber clients and requests to Voxipo.
What it does
Voxipo connects to Jobber through Jobber sign-in. During a call the agent checks your Jobber schedule for open time, finds the caller as a Jobber client by phone or email or creates a new one, and then creates a Jobber request, or a visit on an existing job if you choose visit mode. Jobber sends client and request updates back to Voxipo, and results from outbound campaign calls are added to Jobber as client and job notes.
Home service businesses that run on Jobber already keep clients, requests, quotes and jobs there. Connecting Voxipo means a caller who wants work done ends up as a Jobber request, or as a visit on an existing job, without anyone retyping the details from a voicemail. Jobber clients and requests also flow back into Voxipo, so the agent and your team work from the same customer list.
During a call
The agent treats your Jobber scheduled items as busy time inside your working hours and offers the open slots, within the overlap limit you set.
Before booking, Voxipo looks up the caller in Jobber by phone number or email and creates a client if none exists.
In request mode the call becomes a Jobber request with the source Phone Call, linked to the caller's lead in Voxipo. In visit mode it adds a visit to an existing Jobber job.
Setup
Choose Jobber in the Voxipo integrations and connect with Jobber to authorize the Voxipo app for your Jobber account.
Confirm the account and timezone, choose the default booking mode, either Request for intake or Visit for work on an existing job, and set how many appointments can overlap.
Turn on calendar and visits, CRM for clients, requests, quotes and jobs, or both. Run Sync clients and pipeline to pull your existing Jobber data into Voxipo, then test.
| Jobber to Voxipo | Jobber clients become Voxipo contacts and Jobber requests become leads. Quote and job status are shown on the contact. |
|---|---|
| Manual sync | Sync clients and pipeline pulls clients, requests, quotes and jobs from Jobber on demand. |
| Campaign results to Jobber | After outbound campaign calls, Voxipo adds the call outcome to Jobber as a client note and a job note. Campaigns can call a Jobber list. |
| Requests are for intake | A request created on a call is not rescheduled by the agent. Visits on existing jobs can be rescheduled. |
|---|---|
| Cancel and confirm stay in Jobber | Cancelling or confirming by phone updates the Voxipo record. Make those changes in Jobber itself. |
| Invoices and payments are not synced | Voxipo does not read or create Jobber invoices or payments. Jobber stays the owner of your sales pipeline. |
| One appointment at a time by default | The overlap limit starts at one appointment per time slot. Raise it in the Jobber settings if your crews can take parallel visits. |
