What it does

Calendly with Voxipo

Voxipo connects to Calendly with Calendly sign-in and books one event type you choose. During a call the agent reads available times for that event type, applies your Voxipo availability rules, and creates the booking with the caller's name, email and phone number. It can cancel bookings it manages, and it reschedules by booking the new time first and then cancelling the old one, because Calendly has no direct reschedule action.

Calendly is often the booking link on a small business website. Connecting it to Voxipo lets callers book the same event type by phone, so you manage one schedule for both. You sign in with Calendly, pick the event type callers should book, and test the connection. Because Calendly confirms bookings by email, the agent asks callers for an email address before it books.

During a call

What the agent can do with Calendly

01

Read available times

The agent asks Calendly for open times on the event type and removes any blocked by Voxipo appointments or rules.

02

Book with the caller's email

Calendly requires an email address, so the agent collects it along with the caller's name and phone number before booking.

03

Reschedule or cancel

The agent cancels managed bookings in Calendly. To reschedule, it books the new time and then cancels the original.
