Check availability
The agent reads busy time from Google Calendar, removes existing Voxipo appointments and buffers, and offers times inside your business hours and booking window.
Voxipo + Google Calendar
Callers book into the calendar you already use
Connect Google Calendar so Voxipo can check your free time and book, reschedule or cancel appointments while the caller is on the phone.
What it does
Voxipo connects to Google Calendar with Google sign-in. During a call the agent checks free and busy time on your primary calendar, offers open slots that also fit your Voxipo availability rules, and creates the event when the caller picks a time. It can reschedule or cancel an appointment it manages and confirm a booking made earlier in the same call. Every booking is also saved as a Voxipo appointment with the call record.
Many small businesses run their day from one Google Calendar. Connecting it lets the Voxipo agent see when you are busy and add bookings while the caller is still on the line, instead of taking a message and leaving someone to call back with times. You sign in with Google once, choose your timezone and any buffer you want between appointments, and test the connection before the agent goes live.
During a call
The agent reads busy time from Google Calendar, removes existing Voxipo appointments and buffers, and offers times inside your business hours and booking window.
When the caller chooses a time, the event is created in Google Calendar with the caller's details, and the caller's email is added as a guest if they give one.
For an appointment Voxipo manages, the agent can move the event to a new free time or cancel it, and the change is made in both places.
Setup
In the Voxipo app, open the calendar integrations, choose Google Calendar and continue with Google sign-in. Google asks you to grant calendar access to Voxipo.
Choose the timezone for bookings and, if you want space between appointments, the buffer in minutes before and after each one.
The last step checks the connection. Then link the calendar to your agent and place a test call or use the browser playground.

Calendar access so it can read busy time and create, update and delete the events it books, plus your basic Google profile to identify the account.
